Lyn is our Clinic Manager and Senior Clinical Optometrist. She is a Fully-Registered Optometrist with the Optometrists and Opticians Board, Singapore. She graduated from Singapore Polytechnic with a Diploma with Merit in Optometry, before going on to complete her Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Optometry with University of Manchester (UK).

Having been working in the optical trade before joining us, Lyn has a vast experience with customer service, patient management, contact lens fitting as well as spectacle troubleshooting.

She is also interested in volunteer work and she has since been involved in vision screening in Singapore as well as Cambodia.

Wei Kian is our clinical optometrist. He is a Fully-Registered Optometrist with the Optometrists and Opticians Board, Singapore. He graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic with a Diploma in Optometry, before completing his Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Optometry and Clinical Practice with Aston University (UK).

With a wealth of experience in the optical retail industry, Wei Kian has honed a deep understanding of both customer service and the technical aspects of eyewear. He is committed to provide excellent service to ensures that every patient receives both the highest quality care and the perfect visual experience.

• Clinic Assistant

Sha plays an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic by supporting both administrative and clinical tasks. With a strong focus on patient care and efficiency, Sha helps provide a positive experience for both patients and healthcare professionals.

Fluent in multiple languages, including English, Malay, Chinese, and Tamil, Sha is able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of patients, making her a valuable asset in providing excellent service to individuals from various backgrounds. Her language skills enhance the clinic's ability to assist patients seamlessly, ensuring they feel understood and well cared for.

Her responsibilities range from assisting with patient check-ins and maintaining medical records to providing clinical support during procedures. Sha’s attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and commitment to patient comfort make her a valued member of the clinic team, ensuring that all aspects of the clinic's daily operations run smoothly.
